Animal Myths is a series of mixed-media drawings that depict human and non-human animal hybrids. Animal Myths is inspired by the idea of what a animal/non-human belief system might look like and imagines the myths in such a system, the dreams that animals would dream, and the stories they would tell themselves about who they are and where they come from. Just as many of our human myths explores the extension of the human into the animal kingdom, Animal Myths plays with the reversal of that idea and make us merely a component of a non-human cosmology.
